Concept: Neo Tango, Tango Nuevo & non-tangos at their finest. No traditional tangos. No tandas, no cortinas. No announcements. No show dance. No chacarera. Exceptions prove the rule! Goal: dance tango nonstop. We create a good atmosphere and play music for tango dancing – from extraordinary / demanding to playful / crazy. Music that sometimes explores and crosses the boundaries of what is danceable. Music with variety, dynamics, creativity of composition/interpretation, intensity. Expect rhythm and tempo changes. The pieces can be overlong. The name of our milonga is a homage to Pink Floyd's “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” Directions: Since the location is near Darmstadt city center, we are excellently connected by public transport. In return, there are practically no free parking spaces on the street. The nearest parking garage is the Q-Park Grafenstraße (just around the corner): simply drive past the venue and then turn right into Grafenstraße. After 100m on the right-hand side, you go into the parking garage. Walking distance: 220m. Next date: See less Darmstadt, Hesse Host
