LABORATORIO di TECNICA di TANGO per leader e follower “Abitare il corpo nel tango” An individual tango technique workshop open to all, held monthly, lasting 2 hours. Each session will be dedicated to a specific theme, developed through a progression that allows participants to build, session after session, greater awareness of their own body in tango. The goal is to learn to recognize and organize what happens in the body when we dance. Work aimed at both the leader and the follower, because both have the responsibility to be present, available and active in the dance relationship. 1st session: Saturday 24 October ore 11,30/13,30 “Abitare il corpo nel tango” What happens in the body before moving through space? Which elements must we activate and which, instead, can we let go of, so that movement is effective, functional and clear? Before taking a step, proposing or developing a movement, transferring weight and beginning a walk, something already happens in the body: muscle tone, balance, support, breathing, axis and perception of space change. And perhaps that is exactly where tango begins.
