I Mondays - Out of Axis course 8pm This week your resident teachers Didem & Rene, will go into great detail with you regarding Volcadas & Colgadas, out of axis movements! And this Mondays we'll work on Colgadas!! Out of axis movements are always a SUPER popular topic to many students. But they do require a good understanding of the techniques behind them, in order to perform them in a comfortable fun way. Especially on a social dance floor...
